Painted Cats!!!!!!!

Time to grab the neighbor's cat and take up art!

The book these came from said some of the paint jobs cost $15,000
and had to be repeated every 3 months as the cat's hair grows out.

Yes, that was $60,000 a year just to keep your cat painted!

I have no idea as to what to make of this? How safe is this??? Considering kitties lick themselves 24/7... they'd have multi-colored hairballs?! Ewww...I dunno about this one... but the black and white kitties on the bottom with moons and stars are adorable.

Like everyone else, the last caats rock, but some of these make you shudder.

I saw this earlier about a week ago. PETA and other animal rights activists are up in arms about it. According to www.snopes.com, it is FALSE. Someone was just very good with photo shop.

Well hopfully it is false and it is just photoshoping or something.... if that is the case... very pretty! But should never paint any animal not even for short time... like in movies (few but there are some)

and well .... snopes has been inaccuarate as well (tidal wave photo reported as false and yet was proven true) ... soooo .... true or not ... i think the design ideas are fantastic ...

would i do it to my kitty? ummm notice the first disclaimer ....

I'd consider dipping a cat in kool-aid. That wouldn't hurt them a bit. But... the cat would get mighty angry!
