My dad...

My dad was real sick, with alzheimers. He passed away this morning. He and I were not real close, but it still isn't peachy.

So, if you are an american, please write your congressman and state senators a letter. Tell them we, as the voting public, want to allow stem cell research to try and find a cure for diseases such as this, parkinson's, paralysis, etc etc. Maybe they can find a cure before my daughter is old. Alzheimers has a tendency to run in the family.

Before you freak out and call me bad names for wanitng stem cell research done, look some info up. The stem cells are donated, with full consent of the parents, by infertility clinics. No one and nothing gets harmed or harvested.

Also if you are the praying type, maybe you can say a little prayer for my dad if you remember.

Alzhiemer's is rough. My grandmother had it before she passed.

I'm sorry.. for what its worth I've always been a supporter of stem cell research, and will make it a point to get some letters out.

I've never figured out how to be gracefully humble without appearing weak. Nor have I figured out how to be gracefully passionate without appearing arrogant. In the end, I always seem to be arrogant and weak instead of humbly passionate.
