I'm a terrible speller and can’t find a spell checker for firefox. Does anyone know of any that work with the newest version?

Here is one I found on the Firefox site. I have not used it myself and it seems to have mixed reviews. Everyone misses Spell Bound apparently.

But it is the only thing showing up for spell checkers. I generally just use onelook.com in a tab. (on the rare occassion I speil chek anithing)

Google's toolbar also comes with a spellcheck feature, I haven't tried it though.

I suppose you could keep Microsoft Wordpad active and minimized, to use for spellchecking purposes.

Hmm, wordpad doesn't have a spell checker, least mine doesnt, hehe

Micro Word does, I use that when I'm writing something big usually I've noticed my typing really goes south when i'm home and on the computer

I did, however, find a link to a Firefox extension program that does spellchecking; it appears rather more sophisticated than you might like, however, necessitating several downloads:
