Excel

My sister has a project on Excel she needs to work on at home. I believe its a spread sheet exported from MS Access. However her computer at home has a older version of Excel on it (Windows ME) and it can't read the file. Is there any way to patch a older version of Excel so you can access the newer versions? A viewer wont work since she needs to change the data?

I use Excel for some of my data. I really prefer Access (seamless synchro with my Palm). But I have problems taking spreadsheets from home to work. I have a newer version than work. So I have to ensure that I save it in the older version ('save as' has the options)

If it is already in the wrong version it may not be accessable. She needs to eitehr re-save it at work in the right version for home, or buy an updated version for the house.
