Do you own too much technology?

As I was going through some stuff today..I realized that together my husband and I own...a hell of a lot of computers, electronic gadgets, gaming stuff....just tons of it.

And of course we want more lol. Funny how we rely on so much technology is this day and age. Even the TV...I don't even think of it as an electronic device anymore because it's just been there for so long.

Do you find this in your own life?

Just sitting at my computer and looking throughout this one room I see, 3 PC's, a laptop, headsets, cds, modems, a wireless router and a cell phone...

Bah...what an expensive addiction...

Re: Do you own too much technology?

I must be one of the select few that deprives myself (mostly due to not having the money for such things). I have the bare minimums when it comes to anything, hell, if it weren't for my dad I having tons of spares, I woudln't even have a computer right now.

Is there really such a thing as owning too much tech-stuff? :-P

Aye!!
We have more wires in this house than food or drinks.
If company comes over we have to try to hide all the wires (at least I do... he really doesn't care LOL).

Re: Do you own too much technology?

Wireless is great when it works, but gah.....
Sometimes it can really go wrong
I set mine up without any security, figuring this is a quiet area, no one's going to wander onto it......how wrong I was
4/5 days ago I noticed the net was REAL slow....checked the router and there were TWO computers linked to my wireless router!
Cheeky neighbours, bah

So yea, tip of the day..secure you're wireless networks
