Re: Broker representation,

!!! U tlkin bout wilis?

I don't mind shortcuts, some people just can't type fast enough or are lazy, not a problem.

It's the people that actually try to use good grammar and fail, and keep failing, that get to me. If your going to take your time to type out a lengthy post and try to make it "nice" by not using shortcuts, take the time to make sure your spelling words right, using proper punctuation, and correct grammar.

I can understand typos, and see those for what they are, but if you use the word ridiculous and spell it rediculous, I can't take anything written seriously. That'd just be rediculous.

Heh... Now what I find "rediculous" is some folks disregard for all capitalization and punctuation.

i don no bout u but i can't make much sense of this what u think can u read this i can't whatever just 2 hard to decide to stop do u think so

I once saw this proclaiming the merits of using periods and commas where necessary:
Woman, without her man, is lost.
Woman, without her, man is lost.

Oh I was just totally joking, I knew the context was right, hehehe. I just thought it was funny, so please forgive if I offended.

Eats, Shoots & Leaves: The Zero Tolerance Approach to Punctuation is a great book on the subject. It is written by Lynne Truss and it made me laugh which I didn't think a book on punctuation could do. Here's a little dab from the back cover of the book, and also where it gets it's name.

A panda walks into a café. He orders a sandwich, eats it, then draws a gun and proceeds to fire it at the other patrons.

"Why?" asks the confused, surviving waiter amidst the carnage, as the panda makes towards the exit. The panda produces a badly punctuated wildlife manual and tosses it over his shoulder.

"Well, I'm a panda," he says at the door. "Look it up."

The waiter turns to the relevant entry in the manual and, sure enough, finds an explanation. "Panda. Large black-and-white bear-like mammal, native to China. Eats, shoots and leaves."

Ha ha ha, so true, it's still hazardous to your health to do it anywhere within a 150 meter radius around me.
