Anyone know of any watch buyers/sellers/collectors?

In paticular, vintage Omega watches

I want to sell a watch my dad gave me, it's a vintage omega speedmaster watch

Do you know the year? What condition is it in? Do you still have the original packaging?

My grandfather used to collect and sell old jewelry and coins. I'll check some of the resources he had, and try to get more info. The questions tho will determine a lot of the value.

The best thing he ever gave me was a coin minted by Marc Antony while he was courting Cleopatra, in order to pay his armies. I have it set into a necklace.... which you can imagine I don't wear often, since it is pretty near priceless lol. My grandfather found it in a mason jars full of old coins at a flea market for about $25.

ETA: Just glancing around the web, I am seeing them from $750 US and up, depending on the model, year, and condition.

It was sold in 1967
The movement number is - 24535039
Model/Ref number is - ST.105003

Condition wise is "ok", bearing in mind the watch is 40 years old, it's not TO bad, but could do with a refurb/recondition.

It's one of the "moon watches", as they were called

Oh, btw.... you would have to pry that coin, or any of my other ones, out of my cold dead hands.
The worst thing I ever did: My grandfather had obtained (not sure if legally or not still lol) some coins which were excavated from Pompeii. They were very small, and he made me a bracelet with about 6 of them on it. I went out one night and the clasp on the bracelet came undone, and I lost it. I cried for weeks!

But, I did get an offer from a company, offering me $2900 usd
So i'm gonna sell through them

From what all I have seen online, that price sounds more than fair. A lot of ppl are reluctant to give quotes without seeing an item, or at least a pic, first.
