{{{{huggs}}}} Flutter! Be all better soon!

Grocery day today for us... short paycheck, short groceries. Fortunately, I overbought the last few weeks so we can get by with just the perishables and my meds.

I WANT new puter! Want Shiney things!!! Want 'all in wonder'. Want new Case, new motherboard.. new innards!!! *sigh* maybe this Fall.

Nope.. no real plans... same ole same ole.

Re: Any plans for the weekend?

Hehe I just found out the town is having some sort of huge spring festival. Kinda odd to celebrate spring when it is already hitting to the mid-90s in temps, but oh well. Sounds like a plan to me! Carnival, BBQ cook-offs, free concerts, food and drinks and such, what more can I ask for?

lol I am in Texas. We had a kind of 'cool' front Friday night, so yesterday the temp only got to about 75 or so. Before that we were breaking into the mid-ninties.

Re: Any plans for the weekend?

Not quite as warm as Adri, but we spent yesterday cleaning out flower beds and it was definitely warm. Got to scattered frost last night, but that will probably be the last one. Roses are all leafed out, peas and potatoes are up nicely in the veggie garden. It's definitely Spring here in Arkansas.

I take it Minotaur is a bit Northish of us. :cheesy:

Talking Re: Any plans for the weekend?

Well we just spent the last two days at Scarborough Faire (Ren Fest). We had a great time. The weather was perfect! Mid 70's for temperature, a bit windy (good with the kilt). My face is a little sunburned but not too bad.

We had six free passes for this weekend so my ex, her husband, a couple of thier friends, and two friends of my kids went with us today. All four of the friends (ours and thiers) were Faire 'virgins' so we had fun showing them all the sites.

Adri, depending on where in Texas you are you should come up to the Faire one weekend. I'm looking for Kevin to make it too. Ok new idea...EVERYONE come to Dallas for the Faire. You won't regret it!

Opening weekend is always great. It's good to catch up with old friends.

Here's last years pics. Yahoo! Photos - radheya_00's Photos - Faire 2005

Re: Any plans for the weekend?

I've been to the faire before. I won't be able to make it this year tho.
Every time I have gone, I have had a blast. It's great fun!
