At times, the whole screen has been full of shortcuts and I run at a pretty high resolution to

Good God, Dei! You gotta see a doctor about that desktop or something...

The only reason that I have as many shortcuts on mine that I do is my wife would be friggin lost without them

Of course Ive always run lower end rigs so I pay as much attention to keeping them in running order as I can.

D's Desktop looks a lot like my son in law's desktop... Maybe not even as many LOL... Joel's Desktop is HORRIBLE I don't know how he ever finds anything!! He has his daughter's doing the same thing and they are 9 and 6 years old... over half the screen full of shortcuts LOL! I don't like more than 6 on mine, there are too many on it right now but I am "watching" some sites so I don't want to forget LOL

How on earth do you end up with that many shortcuts? I have shortcuts to pretty much everything I ever use (and several shortcuts to things I never use) but I haven't got that many.

They're not all shortcuts, i'd say about 90% are files
