What happened?

I left UO for awhile and after reading over the forums I have noticed ALOT of things have changed within the short time I have been gone. What's going on with the PvP scene?

That is a huge question.... Well lets see, archers have reigned supreme for a while now. Word of Death saw its well um death.. The new gimp template is ninjitsu archers, wolf form.. Mages still do great. Everyone hates archers, did I mention that? With the release of ML, very nice weapons, almost too nice weapons, started to flood the market horribly. They have issued a massive bandage to the game by capping armor ignores, and critical lightning strikes to 35 damage total. Oh man, theres alot more going on, but as most can tell, nobody ever can think of the good things, only the things that suck out there.

To this day I havent picked up a bow, and dont intend to!!

the good news is that mr. tact announced that he found the bug in the code for the archery damage and that they will be publishing the fix soon.

I will dance naked n Nuj'lem square the day of that patch.
