Out of those 3, the second one is the only one that is viable.

Healing without Anatomy = Death.

what Dip said! Healing with aids gives you time to fight instead of casting or chugging. Impossible to do enough damage fast enough to anyone worth their salt without healing while fighting!

You'll have a hard time finding any HPs without Anatomy.
