Tonight was VIP!’s public harrower. ‘Public’ as in, ‘we are popping a harrower on such and such a day at such and such time, so please come and let us kill you’. Ummm yeah. But hey, they were using good bait! So DEI, HOT and 1v1 decided to go for it.
And so it started…

Terra Keep was the place. Representatives from all the Fel guilds were there in moments. Oddly enough, VIP! only had one or two members running around. Where were the rest? We figured they were going to let us do the work then come in and raid us at the last moment. *shrugs* They could try.
The first Harrower was lured to the room where it was going to be killed. It wasn’t happy. It glared at us.

It eventually escaped causing total chaos and mayhem in the narrow hallways. Someone managed to lock it in one of the small rooms.

Well we didn’t want to kill it in a small room, that would be suicidal. So it was moved again and somehow ended up in another small room.

*taps foot* No one is killing the Harrower. Why not? HOT, 1v1 and DEI were not guilded so with all the fields we were doing a fine job of killing each other. Bringing pets in was out of the question until the guilds were allied.

After ICQ’s, in game messages and cries of ‘we need to be allied!’ DEI and HOT finally were. Now it was VIP! dying to the withers and the fields and not those defending.

Pets were sent in to start in on the first harry.

They were soon eaten and spit out. Reinforcements were called in.

After awhile it became obvious to all that the Harry needed to be moved – again. *shudders* Nooo!! Not that room! Still too small! We want the big one to the North!

After awhile the Harrower was moved once again – to the right room….

….but to the wrong spot. It was waay too close to the door. I started humming ‘Let the Bodies Hit the Floor’. And hit the floor is exactly what happened. Good fun.

And speaking of good fun, VIP! saw an opportunity to have some fun. They went into Wraith form and went into the small rooms where many of ran for our lives, then withered everyone to death. Evil bastards.

They grouped up in one of the rooms and waited for some of the tentacles to be killed.

I decided to check the progress. This was going to take awhile….

VIP! decided to take a peek to, but one of the allied guild members tossed a poison field on them.

They quickly scurried out of range.

Then someone let the Balron out. It had a great time munching on VIP!.

VIP! didn’t like being Balron food so they killed it. Guess where the Balron respawns at? That’s right, in the same room that the Harrower was in.

VIP! I guess got bored of sitting around so went into the hallway, killed the tent, then ended up dying.

Tentacles dead. VIP! dead. Which left only the True to kill. Talk about a free for all.


I was surprised. I expected the alliance to drop the moment the Harrower did followed by a mass gank fest, but instead it held long enough for everyone to get out who wanted to get out – then dropped.
So, thanks for the Harrower VIP! Please announce another one soon!

I'd love a Harrower kill, its pretty far down on my to do list but dang that looks so much fun. I read up on stratics about some champs, some people said there was one that is the hardest and other disagreed. Never heard anything like 'easy' about the harrower though.

A huge inter-guild battle would be acemazing at the best of times but you just had to kick it up a notch eh? How long did all that go on for? Loved the report as well, I hope I can have a few great moments like that someday
