Fey leggings are quality. 20 dci, 6 HPI and semi decent resists. You can get your hci from the weapon, jewels, and maybe spirit of the totem if necessary.

The only reason I wouldn't wear fey leggings is if I had a pair of MR2 leggings with HPI that had better resists. You could technically make up for the lack of DCI with jewels, if you had uber ones, and technically if you're an archer you won't be staying close enough to anyone to get hit either way.

All depends on what you use with fey legs I also use them on a few chars depends what kind and why also and I like the human over the elf to do this both legs are not the same
