I am thinking about combining my necro (PvM) template and my dexer (PvM) template. The only problem I see is in the stat area. Not sure how much to put into str, dex, and intel. The following is the template that I am thinking about using. Human

105 Necro (100 real bloowwood taili)
120 Spirit Speak (110 real taili)
120 Swords
105 Chiv
120 Parrying
100 Tacitics

I am just not sure how much to put in stats.

well bud think to be honest i would drop your chiv to 60 and tactics to 90 then you have 55 still like that and over 110 points still left on that char I would go with resist.... I would drop your necro to 90 get midnight bracers then be 110 necro.
big reason for this is points you have 110 skill left and extra off your necro gives you 120 resist spells.

Then put your stats with this you only need 15% for pvp sdi so get 10% from the bracers and only need 5% more get that though your ring or braclet.....

go with mace and shield or totem of void for your helm that is extra 20 str or 10 str 5 dex as you know bud heh so if go with totem you can drop your str down since you only need around 100 or 110 so you can go with any of these and then your like 80 str or 90 str so say this

80 or 90 str
75 dex if mace and shields or in your rings and such can lower your dex making sure it is around 90 with items hope you understand.
then what left if you was human then your a jack of trades and nice since extra few thing you know like focus 6 and spellweaving.
so that leaves ya with around 105 mana or little more with items and im sure would be plenty
