Are you sure? I coulda sworn it was HCI?

aye, hci was removed as a spawn property awhile ago. Its been close if not over 2ys I believe (around samurai launch). If it did spawn on mel with hci, its either one really sweet bug, or possibly the devs slipped it in as an extremely rare property.
