Help with fencing templete

I am making Nox Necro Fencer. But I need help in a couple of areas. I want to use him mostly as a spawn and PVM char but would like for him to hold his on when I do PvP. Should I replace chiv with healing (90) and replace tactics with parrrying (120)? Or should I lower chiv to 90(2/6 since I have necro) and replace tactics with parrying 120? Or should I leave it like it is and see what happens? OR WILL TEMEPLATE EVEN WORK???

100 Anatomy
110 Chiv
120 Fencing
105 Necro (110 with tailsman)
100 SS (110 with tailsman)
85 Poison
100 Tactics

Str 100
Dex 50
Int 100

What about your stats? It seems like you should increase your dex a little bit at least. It will improve your swing speed.

100 Anatomy
120 Fencing
90 Healing
85 Poisoning
105 Necro
100 Spirit Speak
120 Parring
