Harrower defending

How would you set up a good defense against a harrower crush?

Defense depends totally on what dungeon the harrower ends up spawning in. Easiest to defend are Shame, Covetous, maybe Wrong. Hardest is Destard, cause of all the open area.

but I won't know where the hell harrower will spawn until the very last second... what I want is some general advice..

Destard harrower always spawns down near the water elementals, and there is a very wide open space to defend. Usually guys stand near the ledge to the east and plop down dozens of fields. I find shame to be the easiest, cause you have the stairs. Best way tho is to put all your reds at the most obvious choke point putting down fields and meteor swarms. have 1 or 2 swds/fencers hitting it and have your mages stand back and heal, while holding tons of bandages and food for your dexers when their bodies blow up. That is how I have always done harrys.

Dont spawn a Harrower on Pacific and expect to keep it.

We dont need "Rogues, and Rebels" creating problems on a nice and friendly shard.
