ok here is the thing i like doing champ spawns i enjoy fair pvp and raids however what i dont like is say you got 5 peeps in you guild you do champ then at very end a guild with 20+ members come in raid it is it me or is there no balance here?

It isn't just you. It happens all the time. All you can do is be prepared for it. Have someone hide at the champ entrance and warn if a raiding party is on the way. Have some people who can peel off from killing spawn to just deal with the raiders. Make sure to have some healers for them too.
