I've been building an archer/stealther and have been wondering if I should add ninjitsu to the template. What should I get rid of, what do I need to add.

This is a work in progress and nowhere near a finished product. Right now my armor sucks. This is a rp orc pvp character. Yeb weem styl libben!!

If you can find a way to get it on there, I would add chiv. Those divine fury and concecrate weapon spells really help, not to mention the ability to sacred journey. If you can get enough DI on your char, you can drop tactics, and throw ninjitsu on it. Ninjitsu is really helpful for a stealth archer. You can also probably get away with dropping healing down to 90, unless you absolutely need to be able to rez guildies on the first try, it may take 2-4 times to get it. But I find the 10 points can be used better elsewhere. Key is to just play with the template and see what works for you.

ninjitsu is a MUST have for a archer stealther

120 arch (gm...wear headress)
120 ninjitsu
120 resist
100 anat
90.1 heal (same as gm)
60 stealth (shadowdancer's for 80)
80ish hiding
remainder into chiv for occasional divine fury/cleanse by fire.

-key is to stay in dog or kirin forum untill you are ready to dismount, and be ready to quickly go back into form if you whiff so you can run and not get ganked.

I recomend carrying a balanced heavy, and lots of pots. Carry enough pots (most important probly red pots) and you can get by w/o any chiv even.

its something like that. seems to work well for me when i contribute to groups.. i really wanna get nijitsu in their somehow. i am thinking of dropping tactics and getting a lot of DI. we'll see

cutter what stats to u recommend? i am going with 110 dex and a heavy is just WAY to slow. i have about 55 intel and an elf.

stealth archers main job is dismounting...which means you need a heavy

i reccomend 140 dex if possible (for fast bandaid timer)
I also reccomend ninjitsu (so you can keep up with the fight, and go into form to be fast...)

Run around in dog form, pop out only to dismount, then back into form...
use the equip last weapon feature (a client-based macro) to quickly with one button switch from you're dismount weapon to something faster.

Remember when you get hit also, your stam will drop and your swing will drop too. When I had my archer, I went with 150 dex/stam, and always was on top of the Divine Fury so my swing wasnt affected. 110 is just WAY tooo low. My stats on the archer were 115str 150dex 72mana
