Do you need to have wrestling to deflect hit's or could I just get a 0-mage weapon?

On that same note, are the Sword of Prosperity and
Staff Of Magi the only -0 mage weapons or can you find/loot/craft Mage weapons with -0 weapons skills ???

the staff of pryos is a -0 mage weapon too

for craftable and loot the lowest is -20

its a trade off you use a mage weapon you cannot wear a book, which means you lose out on FCR/FC or LMC

with wrestling you can keep the book and get disarm/para special moves

I guess it depends on template space.

"hit more" depends on what you are fighting, but they are all the same thing yes

Thank you, is there a DCI when you get 100 and above? If you 120 the skill do you get an extra chance to avoid a hit? Like with 100 resist your resist are pushed up to 45 with no armor right?

Specials are almost worthless on mages imo. Necro/Mage or a Nox/parry/mage hybrid seem to be the only choices now a days. Wrestling with books are great...but if you wear a staff you can have templates like:

Mage 120
eval 120
necro 105
spirit 110
resist 120
med 100
chiv 50

or lower med and add poisoning or even inscription =P
