Would be nice if we could, I would just be happy with the armor and such. yes 3d had moves, but nothing like that. The action was added in WOW on purpose.

I'd actually support something like this.

Shard dance competitions would be something that would bring players together for a good social event and then you could also just dance like idiots after defeating a Lady Mel or something.

Let's see... how would this be implemented

Dancing Skill added
A dance instructor in New Haven will appear (Madam Francesqa) who teaches any new moves for your dance book.
There would be ten moves you can do, but you string together moves into a dance that can be up to 100 seconds at GM.
Dancing can be cooperative, from two partners up to 50, the effects that can happen change (fireworks, light changes, tornado, black gate to somewhere)

Oh, and Dancing gives a 10% bonus to Parry at GM and 5% to hit for fencing and swords (I Roxxored U wit my dancin moves bro)

Monsters and NPCs can dance too, for their own special bonuses.

Watch out for the new monsters: Dancing Queen; Tango Master; Cha cha Chitterling

There is a point. I certainly hope (and trust) that KR will have more animated emotes than bowing and saluting. If not at the beginning, then at least added later.

LOL! Now that would be a good implementation! If anyone has played Star Wars Galaxies, that goes along the same route with a dancer profession and a musician. If anything they should implement custom music of sorts. Love the YMCA part on that vid!

I was laughing loads at the YMCA part of that video. Starwars has dancing, Ragnarok has dancing, WoW and Guildwars. Some of these games have dancing troope that perform concerts and such. It would be really good for UO to have something as we do rp dances but its just emotes and bowing or saluting for the movements.

Then again most of those games (especially Guild Wars) only have dancing as a means of letting players see their characters butt's wiggle in skimpy outfits while bored. Don't think UO is ever likely to go there.

All I can say is that none of you have been to Elvira's on Atlantic. She is definitely all woman and one of gorgeous gamers calender girls. Not too mention see can sure make a pixel wiggle.
