Who here still plays UO?

Been there, done that! On Siege Perilous, Iantown and the Iantown Alliance (I^A) guild came from the Ianstorm forums. We were split up on many shards. The original idea was to create "branches" of the guild on the most populated shards, and people would create characters and there'd be set times when we'd all meet up, etc.

That idea got scrapped in favor of just having everybody start up one character on Siege. It's been what.. 3 years now, and the town and guild are still going strong. People have come, people have gone (myself included.. for a time), but it's still thriving.

I still play. But only on Catskills. Since it opened, thats were I've been.
I might transfer one semi-viable character from one of my 3 accounts, or start a total new one.

But like Flutter, I play Catskills, and going to another shard would just have me parking my butt on a slot, since I wouldn't play often enough to be a contribution.

I still play.. on and off anyway... i have a lot of things going on IRL, but my accounts (two of them) are still active..

I play legends, but im game to maybe move one or two of my chars to another shard..

how is the housing situation on other shards.. i know legends has massive amounts of house plots availible...

People who didn't want to transfer a character could just start a new one. As long as we had one house to start, it could grow from there.

I'd be willing to cross a character...mostly because I do have two accounts and an extra advance char token I haven't used hehe

I still play pretty regularly. I will X-transfer to wherever. Just say when and where. Problem, some folks like catskills some like pacific and some like legends. How about Origins? I will go anywhere so long as we have a good population of us there.

I dont think I could do legends, as my guild has a chapter there, it may be a conflict of interest.

I wouldnt be against starting a new character there tho.

I still play but wont X-shard away from baja. Running my guild there takes up too much time for me to divide it onto seperate shards.

Afraid I won't/can't transfer a char though, our 'family' is interdependent on one another.
I'm afraid that, if I started a char on another shard, it would probably only get played when Europa was down. Ping on US shards for me is a bit high.

I've never figured out how to be gracefully humble without appearing weak. Nor have I figured out how to be gracefully passionate without appearing arrogant. In the end, I always seem to be arrogant and weak instead of humbly passionate.
