And still with them this day. Have seen many come and many go.And more come here. Before AOS i hunted at Destard alot but now it's not worth going there because theres way too many ppl there for my liking lol.

hmmm, pre-AOS, Well to start on Ches I was constantly in the XRoads battles between reds and blues, hung out a lot at Pax Lair and another great player run town Corwyn that had lots of events.

Pre-AOS... Hehe.. I remember paying 5 dollars on ebay for a small marble cause I couldn't afford the 750k for a house... ANd I lived by Chaos in Fel, and I used to supply bandaids and heal/cure potion packs through my vendor.. I did quite well with that, and It usually kept the reds away from me.... That was on Baja!

HAHA Krakkens were right up there with bloods in the list of monsters that you "listened" for when in a dungeon. I remember the first time I saw one... I was like "whoa, nice! an upside down octopus, let me kill it". Tentacle ownage ftw hehe.

Man I miss those times. I remember having to stand next to my friend Kaydeth the whole time while fighting ophidians to cure the DP that they inflicted. we got so good at it that we could xheal on the run. LOL

HEllo everyone. New here but not to UO. I was looking back at the site and ended up here. I started playing UO in its beta.. i think that was 97 or so. Wow this game was state of the are and with a average internet conection of about 33kb a sec.. it was interesting. I remeber starting off and going to despise, well back then there use to be PK groups that hunted us noobs. One day before i even knew what recall was, after looting chests and killing slimes in despise i remeber running from a pks fireball. it chased em from despise to brit cem so many good memories. I left UO pre AoS for i think shadowbane. but i still miss good ols uo. building wep skill at the deciet bone wall hehe. Brit Xroads guild vs guild battles, and of course faction wars

Oh and my fav was gateing poisen eles into the bone room heh

All I have ever know is AOS and everything that followed. My older sisters, who are in college now, tell me about those days, and the stories they tell are so wonderful.

I guess you can only go forward from here.

I grew up in Yew.. had a small house near the crypts. Drows and reds for neighbors, it was definitely a rush trying to get in the house, keep my key safe and shut the door all at once.
Home is where the heart is though and Avalon Glade , east of Vesper, Felucca, Catskills is home.

Loved the film Salem......and it does bring back memories of life as a newbie
