Or more precisely: Where do I get blank scrolls in adequate quantities for inscription training?

I checked several NPC stores in trammel and fel, the mages and the real estate brokers, I even checked the gypsy fortune tellers in ilsh. None had more than 20 blank scrolls to sell... I need thousands! Or at least a few hundred to get started. They sell 500 scrolls of each low level spell, but only 20 blank ones?!
Seriously, at the mom, I'm spending more time running around searching for scrolls than actual scriping. There has to be a way...

items that sell by 20s restock at double if you buy them, eventually they will peak at 999 scrolls, but it takes around 3 hours to get them to that level.
I get mine in Skara Brae, especially if that happens to be the cheap faction town at the time. 2 mages, 2 real estate agents in the carpenter's, 2 more in the town hall and one of the map makers at the shipwright's. Not sure why only one of those sells scrolls.

Gives you a total of 140 scrolls at the start, building to 8991 when you've worked them up.

The mage shop in Luna is always "bought up" if you will. I seldom have a problem getting the white monks to sell 999 scrolls, you just might have to camp it and check them frequently to beat other peeps.

I'm usually successful in Luna as well, but like Petra Fyde, I head to Skara when Luna is out

Have you tried Haven? 4 or 5 scroll vendors within spitting distance of each other.

Well I spend some time in Skara Brae and now got 11k of blank scrolls. That should suffice for a while

Luna was empty and I didn't think of Haven...

Haven is the bomb for resource-buying. New players don't know/can't afford the trick and old players rarely think of it.

Anyone know if the Haven vendors reset at publish like the rest of the world's vendors?
