Its 7am, i havent slept, but i have been working, not gaming. It made me think of a time when i was much younger, my parents went away for a weekend, so i went to Tesco, bought myself a few litres of bottled water, loads of cigarettes, about 1000 Hobnobs (fantastic chocolate biscuits to you yanks) and some ready made meals and just churned a 42 hour session on UO! Friday night to Sunday!

When my parents came back i went to bed and slept until Monday night...the good old days ey

Do you remember the morning that Malas opened?

People had been up since 6am getting ready to log in and claim their 18x18 spots - lots of people had taken the day off work even. Well it turned into a huge lag fest and crash fest but people were determined to log in and get that new house space.

A lot of casual players played for hours that day getting nowhere... *ponders*

Longest session for me? Probably a five hour session a long long time ago probably year 2001/2 [light weight!]

Well I was not a child, but 2 other rl uo player/friends of mine. Once met over a 4 day weekend (At one house we humped in our computers and we all worked together) and played for about somehwere near 60 hours, drank alot of caffeine. we only stopped when the servers went down then it was a mad rush to the restrooms and kitchen to make a quick sandwich or microwave a small tv dinner. Then right back for server up to begin again. One of the best times I have ever had in UO. I know that we all called in sick from work for the next two days after our marathon. We all got chewed out but there was nothing our employer could do. We all had a good laugh over that. Man I miss many of the great people both in my personal life and virtual persona that I played UO with through the years.

Dont remember the longest consecutive time but I admit to taking a week off work sick once and all I did was play UO

That was when housing first opened....

Back in the day I remember doing like 12 hour gaming sessions. Man I loved it. Weekends were all UO. I had a freaking blast. I never really sacrificed sleep though. I usually started at around 10am then went to 2-3am with breaks inbetween. Glory days!

My longest time was quite similiar, over a Lan with a couple of mates. That was probaly a consecutive 30 hours

An entire weekend strait. By the time I had to go to bed to get sleep so I could work in the morning my hands were shaking, I had a headach, and my eyes were blurred. Best gaming of my life.

Longest I can remember was a 4 day stretch which included logging at server down, shower, go to work, come home log in, rinse and repeat. No sleep at all for 3 nights, actually fell asleep standing up at work

Longest session for me...probably 8-10 hours. Sometimes I'll wake up, make my fiance some breakfast, then when he goes to work, log on to UO at 5:30-6am and then play till he gets off at 2pm.
