I think the craftable quivers stay the certain colors of whatever type they are. The normal ones are green no matter what leather you make them with.

and damin, I was referring to the people who wear normal quivers, not the blessed one. That one is a free dci bonus and doesnt cost anything in insurance. The only reason I wouldnt wear one was if I needed the resistance from a vet reward.

Well, I have the Quiver on my archer already... and I have the Shield as well, but of the items there.. those are my two best choices. I have no need for a second Music Box or Fountain... I voted for the Shield because I love the way it looks.

I decided to just hang onto the token, one day it might be worth a lot. I don't need any of those items, anyway.

I wear one of the martie quivers on my peerless hunter. He is a mage/necro/SW'er. I wear it just to loot arrows off of the peerless corpses. It comes in handy when someone doing peerless with you says"crap!! out of arrows" and you can just hand them 200-300 arrows and continue fighting. When/if quiver gets full, I just drop them off at house for my archer to use.

Well, I was more referring to a pvp environment, where the more insured stuff you have, the more money the killer gets. I always have the infinity on, and always do what you do, pick up arrows, cause there will always be that one guy sayin "whos got extra" I always do.

If i thought they would have all the vitue pieces out before I die, i would select them.

I think by having them make a quest for the 1 ugly cloak is the way it should be for all 8 items, instead of having 2 of them be 8th age gifts. The people who joined after 8th age dont necessarily have that chance to go back and get the 2 tokens without probably having to shell out big bucks later down the road. More quests! I did the quest and instead of turning in all the stuff, just made 4 75k checks and did it the gold way. Got it done pretty quick, and now I have a really ugly cloak to show for it.. hehe...

Agreed, quests to get the virtue pieces would be excellent. It makes it all more meaningful too if they'd all be set up like the Humility quest is, you'd have to display the virtue in question to earn the reward. Much better than simply buying the item.

Of course the quests should be rather long and difficult, more so than the Humility quest is.

Yes, the Humility quest was cool to start out with, but when it led to turning in stuff to the reward places, I felt it kinda....well...sucked. The 8 city item swap thing was kinda cool. I am not much of a quest kind of person, but these would be something I would be more interested in doing. Although I must admit, I have been doing alot of strongbox quests lately. Killin TONNNNNSSSS of red healers to get those map things. I know it angers alot of reds when I go and kill the red healers in Mag, they gotta go look somewhere else..But man some of the weapons you get from those are awesome!!

I usually opt for Healers' Grove in Ilshenar to get the priests of Mondain, always three of them waiting there among the blue healers. Sadly the respawn rate can sometimes be dreadful if I'm unlucky enough to not get a map from the initial three.
