What is this new moongate in Umbra?

That is not new, it is left over from the old newbie necro quest. The final part of the quest was to summon a MOB that came through that gate.

What shard are you on? I've never seen it on Pacific, and I do happen through there every once in a while. Last time I went through was about two weeks ago.

The newbie necro quests are from a LONG time ago. (Before Old Haven) But that's what it looks like. >.<

yeah, if you've seen the yellow scroll of abraxus, I'm pretty sure that's where you had to go use it...

hrm...does that mean those really will be rare/uncommon now? and the horns of recall? o.0

yes the horns/scrolls and anyting else from those new player experiences will become rarer. Since these quests can no longer be taken.

Nifty - but a little sad, too. I wonder if there is some way for them to incorporate the aspects of these new quests into Haven...

Its not going to happen,

these were the new player experiences for/in the 2D client. They were removed. To force people to play the KR client, with the three new rewards for defeating the dark knight/guardian monster in old haven.

Doubtful these items will ever go back in. So if you have any they will become rares.

That gate has always been there on Baja.. I know its not on some shards, as I've made chars on other shards, and always make a necro to tour the shard, cause its the closest to a gate starting out. But on other shards, I always had to go to the west side of Umbra.
