What to kill for music box gears?

Hi all -

Where can I find whatever it is I have to kill to get Dawn's music box gears as loot?

golems for regulars

paragon golems, paragon betrayers, paragon juggarnauts for rares

and the one called "the wanderer" you could only get through the quests at moonglow lycaeum (Books of Truth event) so if you did not get it, if you can find it for sale on a player vendor, your gonna pay a lot for it. I have not seen one for sale on LS for sometime.

Yes they are in that general area, just wander north, and kind of stay in the area between the roads once they fork. go north until the roads rejoin, then circle back down this is the general area for golems. Also they do spawn in the city of Mistas at times.

they are also in blackthorns castle in ilshenar, but thats really dangerous, spawn is heavy and respawns quickly.

golems are also in the exodus dungeon was well, not as dangerous as blackthorns castle can be. At times the spawn is very heavy outside the dungeon making enterance a problem. Also once inside a if you spawn a paragon overseer they are a pain.

If your going to go to either castle or dungeon, while it can be soloed careful, its best to go as a guild or group outting.

But usually I just hunt them north of honor, you just have to watch out for juka lords and mages who like to sneak up on you while you are concussed from the golem.

Found them - justice gate... and discovered that my cu sidhe won't attack them!

nope, but you can order it to guard you, attack the golem and precast invis, when it gets a hit on you and the cu turns to it, and invis...it's a painstaking (and sometimes painful) process, but it seems to work...or just take a dexxer

Or a mage. EVs crush them pretty quick, and even paragon golems don't last long.

Heh I'm still trying to complete the set. Forgot how slow the spawn rate is.

I was with a mage, and my tamer is a peacer, so I sat on my pup and peaced the golem while the mage EV'd it. Worked pretty well. I'll have to try the guarding bit with the pupster
