Dont like pvp in UO so would never play siege.

I never played Siege because of ping. I ping like 200-300 to it. I always thought that was too much compared to 60-80 on my home shard.

Did not vote since the one thing that keeps me from playing Siege is not listed, one character only.

I keep getting told to, but the population is so low, there's little chance of getting a pvp, and, as such, I don't bother.

I don't really consider Siege a good example of the old days. You could go a long time without being PKed in the old days if you kept your eyes open and avoided very popular PK spots.
In the old days people were playing to play, and you typically had one PK char for a change of pase, but with Siege... everyone is on there for the purpose of PvP, so if you see another person that is not your friend more then likely you are going to fight (similar to being in fel on a normal shard)
The old days had its bad time, but the fact that you could turn around and kill someone that was being a jerk was very nice (a self policing system).

I stopped playing on Seige for the same reason I stopped playing UO.

Because EA is a crappy company and the game is full of cheaters and piss poor programming.

It saddens me to think of how good UO could have been, but thanks to the pathetic leadership at EA, UO is nothing but a pile of garbage ruled by scripters, speeders and dupers.

Couldn't vote. My reason for not playing Siege is the same as my reason for not playing at all. They killed the 3D client with no real replacement ready.

I did play Siege for a while. It was pretty good. You get PKed a lot less the bad old days (1997'ish). I played it enough to place an 18x18 plot. But always carry blood vials with you for the vampire girls...give the vampire some blood and they leave you alone. (that guild still around?)
