What the heck is this thing?

Alright, I'm mightily pissed off because I was exploring Malas on my newbie archer and I stumbled across what looked like a harmless maze. I decided to give it a shot. I got past the first easy obstacle, then managed to get over the annoying bridge. Suddenly, I'm ganked by ratmen archers.

Then - I can't get back to my body before it decays. In addition to a cursed Hunter's headdress and cursed gauntlets of nobility, I lost some (stupidly uninsured) matched +30 archery jewels.

What the hell is this thing, and why couldn't I get over the second obstacle following the same path I used to get past it the first time?

Oh yeah - I'm in the market for a hunter's headdress and gauntlets, plus some +15 archery jewels. (sonoma).

Huge props to Queen Mum, who despite being incredibly busy with the dungeon tour tonight, managed to find time to put out an sos on my behalf and replaced the arms of tactical excellence i also STUPIDLY never insured.

Tiny baby loved her cookie hugs, Mum!

Adam makes posting images simple.Click Reply
Click your Go Advanced tab

Type in what you want

Click the Manage Attachments tab in Addition Options

another window will open

Click on the Browse tab to find the image(s) on your computer

Click on the Upload tab

Close that window

Click on the Preview Post tab to make sure all is correct

Click on Submit Reply tab

Pretty easy actually

Thanks to Queen Mum, Lord Loxley and one other character (sorry, forgot) I was able to see the end of this maze.

Incidentally, it is the Royal Britannian Guard Training Camp in Malas. Pity that it isn't really used for anything anymore. Mum has photos, and I believe she's brainstorming an even there for Sonoma.
