hello, i'm an old player of uo, i wanted to know what has changed since the old times, i've been in uo for at least 4 years, until the appearence of uo:age of shadows, there i realized that uo was moving too fast for me and the idea of racing to get new house spaces was too stressing then I decided to quit. I don't know if anyone remembers me, my most famous chars were Shadow Man, which was in shadow lords and also I had a thief, Garrett with which I remember I managed to steal 2 pairs of black blessed sandies which in that age were worth about 800k, I stole them from the rp guild spiritwood in felucca, I can remember how I cheated those guildmembers, I used to tell them that I was one of their guildmates and that I was trying something so I used to convince them to hand me their sandies and run away . Those were good times, I remember that there were the ones who loved the old times when there was only felucca and the so called"trammies" who were the noobs hanging out in trammel and that we, feluccans used to pull their legs and to lure them in fel to loot them ahhhh that was really funny, I also remember the gambling near brit's bank, which made me lose lots of millions and also for that I decided to quit. Lately I've been thinking about returning in uo family, I wanted someone to tell me the many changes made lately in uo, from age of shadows til now. I remember that uo was really too much addictive and so I fear to return in your family but I really wanted to have some update about the latest years. I really owe a lot to this wonderful game, it made me pass some really nice hours. btw my other chars were Yado, the first char I ever made which was in a trammie guild called Bears and something I remember the first guy I met in that guild was called Cactus Jack oh yes those were good times, I also had another char, a tinker tailor smith miner bla bla bla called Zeus GM everything, I got really too much pissed off when came those scrolls giving more than 100 in every skill. not every skill can go over hundred. There have been too many changes to even try to run them all down.

Only thing I can tell you for sure is that your characters should still be there.

Why come back now? Have you played another mmorpg and found it lacking?

Personally if you still remember your account name and password, reactivate for one month (put all you information in then after you can log in, go back into the account management area and remove your billing infomation) so you will not be charged again after your 30 days.

Walk around, talk to people, try playing some of your old characters, really for the price you pay for 30 days, even if you do not like the changes its not really that much.

And then if you like your return try to find the 9th anniversary edition, which has an upgrade code which will give your old account access to all current content.
