Hello everyone! This is my first time posting on the UO forums. I've got a problem that I'm trying to figure out.
I have a small standard mage tower. I decided to remodel it as a
custom home. So now I have a foundation sitting on my lot, all my stuff is in moving crates, and a FOUNTAIN OF LIFE suspended in mid-air where my roof used to be.
When I try to remodel, it says I need to re-deed something in my house before I can go any further. Assuming it is talking about the fountain, how do I do this? I've tried unlocking it, but the game doesn't give me that option. I tried taking a hatchet to it, but nothing happens.
So I appeal to you experts, what do I do?

Try dbl-(left)clicking it.

Or dbl-(left)clicking an axe and targeting it.

I would rebuild the floors in your house and then try to re-deed it. You need to first unlock it and then take a hatchet or axe to it (I'm positive on this, since I had to do it yesterday). If you still can not get it to work, Call a GM. I had issues yesterday designing my house. I cleared it to a blank plot and it literally wiped the plot away and all i had was a sign post. I ended up having to rebuild a floor (on top of grass). Then I couldn't get up on onto it, so I had to create some steps. It was really bizzare.
