Heck.. I would be tickled with a 30-day code.. I tried to purchase one by using PayPal to pay for it, and once it cleared they still have not sent me a code, even though it's been since the 9th since I ordered it and the 14th since the payment cleared LOL

I dunno there...30 days free for a day (or less) out of playtime? Im not so sure Id be complaining...they probably wouldnt have given anything if you didnt call them on it.

It ONLY took them 2 hours to reply? Consider yourself lucky! And consider yourself lucky they are compensating you with anything. Most people are lucky to hear from them within 48-72 hours with a canned message and end up with "a tough luck we don't care about your problems, its lost and we are't giving it back, prorating or refunding".

Take the 30 free days and pray you see your stuff!

lol, i wasnt banned which is the main thing, my account got unblocked when they patched the shard and im all good.. funny though they have given me 120 days free in the past month *shrug* no complaints here im all happy
