i keep trying to log into my account and im getting the message my account is blocked, i just put it onto my 90 day code and well i still cant get into the game anyone any idea whats up? the last thing i did was transfer my tailor from napa to sonoma just as the shard went down do you think that they could have seen this as a bug or something and banned me? this is really freaking me out as ive not receved a e-mail or anything about my account being banned...

it says my account is active, im gonna try now see if i can log in, i decided to leave it for a bit.. nope no change, still says its blocked, im gonna grab my phone and ring them

i would but i cant, i sent them an e-mail and hopefully tonight i can steal the home phone which i never use and make a call on it..

took them 2 hours to send me an e-mail saying my account was blocked, i should get something more then a 30 day game time code.. anyone think i should push it for a char transfer as well?
