I think it was good, I dont expect anyone tied to UO as a employee of EA to actually give a flat out this is how it is answer or share much of anything that is in the works due to the history of the players taking things the developers have said as in they are checking into.. they want to do.. ect, because too many players instantly start chanting they (EA) promised... blah blah.. it happened way too many times..one reason you dont see anything in the concepts on the main site... folks have no clue what concept is and once more take it as it is coming into the game.....

We say EA has a history of pushing things out the door, not fixing old issues yet the players also have a history of being muttenheads when it comes to anything a developer says in not taking it as its said and turning it into a promise.

I like the UOHoCs due to they let you "see" the developers that are at it... you can get a feel for them, their outlook, personality where as just posted FoF or anything else is just bland, cold.....

UOHoCs show that there is a person behind the developer handle.......

2) Ziggy, great point. I just rennovated the luck charts, taking them out to 1800 to fill in all the blanks on my chart. On stratics, I posted it, and they started saying that SOMEONE must be exploiting to get to 1800 luck. SHEESH.

3) I am torn. I am HUGELY excited about the decision to delay KR. But since EA has all the CURRENT balance issues / bug fixes slated for Abyss, they are merely forestalling the inevitable. Even with KR operational, it is implausible that they will adress all the balance issues AND al the ones they will introduce with SA. They should chunk it, do a bix balance correction patch ala pub 16, a big bug patch ala pub 14, THEN go with SA.

balance issues/game play issues are in the server code and nothing to do with the client... SA will be adding to the server code that is a given....

Each change in the developer team has at one point or another stated there are things in the server code they have no clue about... what some code does, why its there, the point of it ect......

Just look at the sudden redeed bug with the big fountains.. nothing in the recent patchs had anything to do with those nor with redeeding anything yet out of the blue something in the patch freaked it out ....

Tis the only issue I have with KR and EA is that the server code should have been reworked or a completely new server code generated before they tailored a new dress for UO.... as anything new added is going to cause issues with something... its happened with every expansion/publish....
