I used to gather "Human Ears" right there all the time on Cats and never once even saw a single JL...

Could be someone (GM) hit the wrong button and started the spawn also. Ever since they made the spawn system for the Brit Invasion there have been occurances like this, although usually it is only spawn that has already been used in events that have occured... perhaps someone hit it for something that may be in the works for the future.

Or a GM had a little fun and (s)he didn't turn it off.
