yeah I said 10...quite frankly I left with AOS and thousands of players left with AOS we HATE aos and the garbage luck system and all the other crap that it brought with it:

rares: we had rares we were very proud of no one else in game had them they were a status symbol something to brag about...AOS ruined that

Pets:we had pets that were master gms and could pretty much kill anything we needed them to as it should be after all they were highly trained, a highly trained anything should ALWAYS be able to kill something in the wild

Luck:there is no way some leprechaun in a four leaf clover suit should be able to beat someone who is 7x gm

I could go on and on. so if EA really wants to attempt to get all us old timers back who quite frankly are playing elsewhere then what they need to do is establish a pre AOS shard and then figure out some way we can have back what we had on our respective shards.....which quite frankly I doubt EA has a backup of all the servers BEFORE AOS.

Well.. UO needs content and there will always be someone disliking new content. For instance Samurai Empire. WTF?!? (edit by Admin) samurais running around in a medieval setting? I hate them, thus I close my eyes when I see samurai armor laying around. The game is what you want it to be, and you don't have to go all lucksuit to enjoy the game. I sure got no lucksuit but still playing

those are the reasons the real players left...the whole purpose of KR is to bring back the old players that was their goal or so they stated....if thats there goal then they need to remove aos and everything after it pure and simple..

well unfortunately i tried to play one day and a skeleton killed me just walked up to me and blam i was dead then on top of that he turned around and killed my 7x gm mare as well....i cancelled my acct 10 minutes later

Luck doesn't have any affect on combat. All it does is increases the potential loot, or so that is my understanding of it.

If you don't like it that games introduce new content.. perhaps you shouldn't play MMORPGs at all.

I'm not entirely sure there is even a point to this. Pets can STILL kill most monsters fairly effectively.

In fact, I'm not sure there's much of a point to this post at all. I'm not defending AoS, but all the ideas here have been said, and none of them are going to be implemented any time soon.
