A player over in UO U.Hall on Stratics has been having trouble getting a game code to use.

So if anyone else has a similar problem ,read who you need to contact..

Im trying to buy a xfer code since I cant afford one ingame from other players. But when it has to verify your UO account it says my account isnt in there system. Ive bought from them before but now its saying this. I can login to the game just fine. I dunno whats wrong.

I picked up an adv char token lastnight and had no trouble at all.
Already used the code and got the token.
Seems like your not the only one with this problem though. I saw another post here this morning mentioning the same issue with that site.

Try adding "UO_" before your username...so if your username was "Adam", you'd put

UO_Adam

Yea I just tested it with my account, I get
The password you entered doesn't match the account. Please try again.
Even though the password is right
I even tried the previous one, no go.

Try using Internet Explorer if you aren't already. I know, it's the most bug-ridden insecure browser on the planet, but I've had trouble using Firefox on the official UO registration site and the game code site. Seems the UO web dev team isn't too concerned about cross browser compatibility.... (shame on them!). Worth a shot.

I've had problems with them in the past
i actuly got a bad code from them, then about a month later I quit UO.
another month after that they gave me store credit for 19.99. Id ont play uo anymore...if anyone wants it just icq me 401138811
