UO Wedding Help

Greetings,

I need some help, I met my fiancee in the wonderful world of Brittania a few years ago. We are getting married in RL in December and want to do something in the game as well to share our special day with all our UO friends. I guess they do not do UO weddings anymore.

Does anyone out there still do them? Any help would be appreciated. We are on the Atlantic Shard. Thanks for any help you can give.

Back in the day they usually had a EM/sage/counselor help out with UO weddings, so you can start from there.

However, a lot of stuff like this is mostly player run, so you might have to try doing it on your own, too. You may be able to get some help from a GM, but more than likely they won't. Like I said, they helped a long time ago, when they had nothing better to do, but now not so much.

I think there is people who still do things for weddings in UO... I only know one person that does them on Atlantic mostly because I hardly talk to anyone for the fact I am shy hehe...

His name is Silent Poet he did a wedding for a guildies at one time... though I do not know how to get ahold of him but my guild might know his ICQ so if you want me to to see if I can get ahold of Silent Poet let me know

Well he can do that to LOL . We are going to try to do a public harrower afterwards. I met him for the first time when he killed me lol. I asked him if I could return the favor as a wedding present LOL jk. Like I said would be kind of special to do something in the game to.

Usually a guild GM preforms the weddings now. Guess you could ask anyone you want to preform it. I have seen weddings extremely elaborate and some very simple. So you have lots of options on what you can do in UO.

I believe, and dont 100% quote me on this, but our very own Queen Mum, is a cleric who performs UO Weddings. If I am correct Mum, chime in, and maybe you can help out here....

That sounds fun.... I go around Fel and look for the corpses laying about, pick up the bones and place them in Illshinar..hehe..
