That's what I've notcied since I came back from a long break away. I'm more PvM and the like. Dealing with a loudmouthed kid is NOT the way I wish to enjoy my time.

ive been playin 3 years now , and everyday i am finding out it is more about the community than it is the game.i often find myself in a feinds house just shootin the sht rather than killen monsters. Helpin new players has actually became fun where when i first started it was all about what can i kill .as far as pvp i like the changes, it has made it easier for the lil guy to goto fel and actually have a chance...

Those were true old timers, " people who have grown out of their adolesent stage ". They had honor and helped new players instead of preying on them. I knew a FEW, but they were the exception, not the rule. They were true PvP,ers, who veiwed the brats as nothing but loathsome griefers, and often hunted them down. They enjoyed the challenge of a fight between two pro,s, disdaining the looting of a corpse beyond a minor trinket as a trophy.

Yes, that's exactly as he described it. I am sure there are still some of them around. We meet all kinds on UO. It is just important to realize... (don't shoot me) that it IS a game and as such it is supposed to be fun. What is most upsetting is that some of these people actually think it's fun to destroy people, much like the hacker mentality, I suppose.
