UO is online??

I have the client, i have bought a ML Code for new account and i have make an account, all work fine but if i try to log in a mesage be displayed "Couldn't connect to ultima online. Try again in a few moment"
Why??
All shards are down?

Hmm the shards are up for me... I wish I knew technically but unfortnatlly I do not, but I am sure someone will log on soon who can help you

It could be your internet connection or there is a delay in the server. I was having the same problem a few days ago. I think too many people were trying to log on at a similar time espcially since everyone is going nutz over holloween stuff.

Check to see if your firewall is blocking the connection to the UO servers.

I don't have firewall and my connection it's ok. It's a a strange problem i don't know why this happen :embarasse

I haven't had that problem in a long time but I did get it in the past. I waited a while and signed in with no problems.

Did you get in finally?

have you tried reinstalling uo? that usually fixes most common probs
