UO:KR ugliness?

They should be up the top with the rest of the current games on the shelves and bring out something amazing... who knows they may supprise us?
I like your 3d animation

Wouldn't 2D players miss out, also if they add new content they will know they have more work

thought some people might like to see some of the original UO screen shots to get an idea of how it changed from the original alpha stage. Note the difference between the Alpha and Beta characters

and the 2d graphics have not changed since

I agree, more realistic pirate ships would be great.

Less lag on the ships too I hate riding on boats in UO, hehe

Don't think of it as lag think of it as calm winds!

and that is one of the better screen shots of the alpha testing phase it was done for a press release. The actual stuff was horrible you looked like little stick figures stuck to a post card.

I just wanted to show people that what we see now may not be the final product here is a quote from CatHat

I like the Alpha ones better too LOL, and I totally understand the quote from CatHat!

(We have artists in the family... they really do react that way)

ok just for the fun of it here is another screen shot from the alpha test.
I like the grey blockhead look in the paper doll it looks like someone stuck a bucket on their head and cut eye slits into it!

at the early stages sometime they just put in "sketches" of the art work so the programmers have something to work with and the artists can continue on the real stuff.
so at this point I am not worried about some of the flaws I see in the UO:KR screen shots I'm sure they are still working on the art.

Got to tell you, I love these pix and the history they show of this game. A game not expected to last any where near this long! I love the history!!
