Jeremy and some other UO affliated people come through here and poke around, but as far as posting here, not so much. Stratics is where I go for information, but I post here for when I want to discuss things.

It's had issues since yesterday, although it's still working for me! I'm just glad that now I know I'm not the only one experiencing problems and that it's not an *incurable* issue with my computer...

Ifn ye ask me, UOA and Auto-Map should be built into KR.

if they realllllly wanted me to do backflips, they work in VoIP with AutoMap linking...

Doesn't that hit your cpu at 100% all of the time though?

There's an option in the UO Assist settings where you can set the CPU priority for UO Assist. By default, it is set to high priority. Maybe try kicking it down to Normal priority. You can get to settings from the Settings button on the Update page, or from within the app itself once you've started it up.

Hi Scosglen,just a small point.The News team here on UOForums,do a great job between us of searching out as much interesting news and stuff from Stratics,BNN,UO,com etc.

Its worth checking out the forum each day as it is updated regularly as News Teporters log in at different time Zones.

I havent had that problem since SE came out.

With my current install, it only holds onto 99%CPU at the initial login screen and drops down to single digits when I get into a shard. When I log back out, it stays real low.

Iirc, before SE, I would open AutoMap and a browser window before I started the client. That way seemed to lessen the impact of the CPU hogging.

They really do need to integrate some of the UOA features into the KR client. It might piss people off who paid for UOA, but it might stop a little of the unattended macroing. I know for a fact you can macro unattended with UOA.

However, I do enjoy the macroing utilities that UOA has. I have carpal tunnel really bad in both arms, and I simply could not play UO much at all if they completely got rid of UOA, or didn't intregate the macros into the UO client. It gives other players without this problem an unfair advantage over those of us who do.
