Is anyone else having a problem with uoassist? I just tried to go to tugsoft.com and am getting page cannot be found error.

Yeah, someone said it earlier. Adam had a little more insight. I have no clue why it's down, but atleast I can't get in game to suffer

I cant update, but my UOA seems to be working fine...

Have you hit 10 failures of updating? I tend to leave the client and UOA open most of the time so I have only failed to update once now...

Someone on Stratics (erekose, if memory serves) was attempting to decypher the Registry entries for UOA to turn back the clock on how many times it has failed updating. This should bring back (or continue) functionality if the updater isnt fixed soon.

Oh, it will still work? LoL, I have been shutting it down when it won't update.

I hope that erekose has success in finding a work around for it. I had read that on stratics after I posted on here.

Side note: How many posts do I need to have before I get another dot? LoL.

Doesn't that hit your cpu at 100% all of the time though?

Man, it's crazy how important UOA has become to playing UO. I don't use UOA due to incompatabilities with my computer, but I've never seen a 3rd party program so integral in the playing of a game. I dunno if it's a good thing or a bad thing, lol.

This is just my opinion, but I wish they just got rid of all 3rd party programs all together. Put in some of the more important abilities from UOA into the UO client itself, then take away everything else. Sort of making sure all levels of playing are even? I dunno, you can't really do that cause people have paid for UOA. Ironically, I have too, I just can't use it, lol.

I really hope that with kingdom reborn we will have the option to mod our UI.

Also, I hope all of the functions in UOA are incorporated in the new client.

BTW, Has Jeremy EVER posted on these forums? This a good board and has important concerns that we have been censored from by stratics (I.E. board bans)

BTW II, my attorney has assured me that I can win back posting privileges (not monetary gain) because Stratics is the official forums for UO and is not account bound. So, hope is out there for us.
