Truth Books still Spawning?

I have gotten all my books in fel destard, but it is still very slow.

I got 6 from doing Baracoon spawn, took 15 minutes.

Wind doesnt' spawn books though anymore.

On 02/05 (Monday), I spent 2 1/2 hours in Despise/Tram and didn't get a single one. Night before, I got 3 in about 5 minutes.

It all depends on when your shard received the patch that slowed the books down. I tend to get about 3 from doing despise spawn, I used to get 6-8 per spawn.
