Im really aggrivated......

My Wyrm is 5x Gm and at 99 resist and 98.7 magery... and it wont move.. what can I do about this?

Do you have a peacemaker, or a friend who's a peacemaker?
If so, you can do that trick I showed you, then it wont' cast back on you

Only way to raise a pet's resist is to cast debuff spells on it.

Magery is similiar, it just needs to cast alot of spells to gain, much like players do.

*sigh* ill have to check and see if I know a peacemaker!

Here is what I did to GM those skills on my Wyrm
Resist-To the Citidel.
For some reason my WW gained MAD resist off the Mages down there, I just did the one that spawns in the court yard.

For Magery Eval and Med, hit up Moonglow Graveyard.
Drag all the critters to the north east corner and hide, they will all retarget the Wyrm.
When he is fully drained of mana drag him off and med him up, another thing to watch out for is teleporting when he gets low on mana. Its kinda annoying.

It seemed that all pets gained really slow at high levels.

Have you been training him nonstop? If so, Id give him a break for a day or two and then come back. That always seemed to help when I was training in the higher end of skills...
