Traded In Your Book Of Truth Yet?

i just got my 25th book this morning - i'm thinking about going and getting "The Redeemer".

i'm just not too sure about that 5 second swing rate though - i think it might be more of a show piece, yes?

I've got one

Its much more fun going round the dungeons and PKing the people trying to get the books.

Then you can take their books and hand them in. A lot of people have started either BoSing the books or making them quest items.

I've used mine... I got the music gear and the treasure box and then kept 2 books as keepsakes. I really have no use for the sword and I didn't feel like working for 50 books for the gorget lol

I don't plan to get the gorget but will try to get the redeemer and the music box gear. I've got about 10 books so far. Will probably keep a book or two as deco like Shayla said

yeah, i BoS all my books - just in case i get ransacked by some orge lords.

i really would like the sword - but something tells me to go for the gusto and get the gorget.

then start over again and get as many as i can b4 the event runs out!

i hope they extend for a while - it's really fun for me.

Sheesh, I haven't had the time lately to play UO. I need to book an evening after work to check this all out.

I miss UO!! Maybe I'll have a "sick" day at work so I can play :cheesy:

I did that a couple weeks back when black rock was still going. I took 3 days sick...you know, sore throat...well, I was able to GM some skills that had been slow coming. Now it looks like I need another sick day or 3 to get a bunch of books!

So these books come off as loot from dragons in Destard, right?

I was hunting despise last night when I saw a blue run in, see me, then run out. So of course I went outside and invised. watched two reds go in and I guess they must have run into some trouble cause one ran out first and I nailed him, then the secound ran out and he went down quick too. They had 7 books between them!
