Town Hall program, canceled???

It was very sad news when Binky left EA, and I think many of us wondered what all that would mean. Unfortunately, it appears that it means possibly an end of the Town Hall player gatherings? It seemed as though Binky was definitely the fueling force behind those from the coverage I read and now that he's gone, there haven't been anymore announced. Are the Town Hall gatherings done with?

I am sure that there is alot going on, that has caused things like "Town Hall Gatherings" to be put on hold.

There is the alternative of roleplayers on each shard gathering regularly for an evening at the pub or what have you....it doesn't have to end, although it will not be the same.

Binky was one of the most awesome souls behind UO, and had been there ever since the early days, in Austin. If I had to choose any one RL person to associate UO with, it would be either Garriott or Binky. He was there for us and really put forth a ton of energy. And this is by no means to say that others haven't: Wilki, Sannio, the rest..all great people.
