I've been working on building my fame and karma to get my 'Lady" title by slaughtering Daemons in Ilshenar. What monsters/places do you recommend? How much loot do they give? How did you get past the Lady/Lord one day peasant the next identity crisis?

I only worry about my title when I need to sacrifice it, but with that said, to gain the title(s) I either hunt:

A. Demons in Ilsh (your stealing my spot!) (poor loot, decent gold)
B. Dragons in Destard (decent loot, better gold)
C. Demons at the Demon Temple (poor loot, decent gold)
D. Balrons in Ilsh (good loot, better gold)
E. Blood Ele's in Ilsh (good loot, better gold)

As to that Identity Crises--from a Lady who never retains her title for more than 10 minutes--your title is all in the mind of the beholder anyway. If you act it, they will believe it. *grins*

The easiest way to get Lord/Lady these days is on Trog's. They are in the painted caves. Just watch out for the paragon trog and paragon bear. (the trog isn't bad, just a fun suprise) My Paladins love the place.

and if you click on the name of the creature you are looking at the fame and karma of you can see the kind of loot they carry .

uh, you can get lord in 10 min from the red mages inside fire from bottom tier fame(right after a sacrifice). Very quick re-spawn rate in Fel. The one in Tram sucks, cause it takes like 5 min when you kill both. I go there whenever I need to work fame to sacrifice it.

While demons don't give a lot of fame, they're in my opinion the best creatures to hit Lord/Lady on characters who are not terribly powerful.

My tailor/carpenter, for instance, has no tactics and no heal capability, but he has some chivalry and just enough skills to kill one demon at a time in the demon temple of trammel.

I use those demons every month or two to get my lord title back (shame it decays). Heck, I just did this tonight again.

You should work on raising your fame to sacrifice it. This is a very overlooked virtue as it gives you the ability to SELF REZ. Look into it

Could you please explain this sacrifice fame in detail, what do I do and how do I sacrifice it? I'm normally always Lady and I'd love to get self rez for myself and how many of them can I store up? How often can I do this, if you don't mine would you pls explain this. I'm totally new to this.

you are able to sacrifice your fame to certain creatures. Demons, Liches, Red Mages. There are specific ones tho. You cant just sac it to anything out there. Well, once you get to lord, go sacrifice it and then work on your title back. You can do it once a day. So it gives you a bit of time to get your fame back up to do it again. You then work your way through the virtue. The first couple of sacs will give you quite a few dots, but then later on towards the 3rd path, you may get 1 dot per. but once you complete a path, you get a self rez capability. So if you are knight you get 3. And this is PER week. So it resets, and you can get 3 again next week. i have this built up to knight on every char i have, along with compassion. Self rezzing with 80% health FTW!
