![]() | Tips for raising melee I haven't got a golem - nor do I know how to do that golem trick. I have a character with fencing around 75. Most of the things that I try to fight are too tough. Any tips on where to go or how to raise these things in today's fast paced Britannia? |

![]() | Re: Tips for raising melee Sirus, there are several tricks you can do. the fastest way is if your melee skills are all above 65 including tactics then here is the fastest way I know of. First you must be guilded. Now go hire yourself a palliden (about 200 gold) take him home and tell him to guard you (for some reason you must say this command twice) then sit back and keep yourself healed. You will gain Fencing, Tactics, Anatomy and Healing this way. Warning this is not a way to unattend macroing as you will come back to find yourself dead. |

Hire a 7gp warrior, best is if he aint got a weapon.. but got a shield. Otherwise use a weapon type to disarm him.. when you are able to do that. 7gp warrior till about 85-90 then 8gp warrior. ![]() ![]() |

![]() | Re: Tips for raising melee I've been trying this with fighters in Jhelom pit. They end up just dying rather quickly, even though I'm using the newbie dagger and healing them with bandages. Tips? |

I got all my melee skills to 110 and made a fortune selling powder of translocation. (with the new bag of sending changes I don't know if it still sells well though) ![]() Tuka ![]() ![]() Kinsmen are born. Friendship is a gift of the gods. |
